Our HR, COVID-19 Task Force, and leaders always help them in facing hurdles during a pandemic or dealing personal situations with a variety of supporting programs that build on a culture of grit.
Every person’s mental health is important. Conducting a mental health program is essential for our members, particularly in light of the current situation. Our mental health program includes sharing sessions on how to maintain it, how to keep our well-being in a fast-paced working environment and give education to leaders so that they can strengthen relationships and care for their respective teams. We believe that by having leaders who are more educated about caring for their teams, the mental health of members will be better preserved, together with the learning process and the development of members, as well as business, will go hand in hand.
The COVID-19 Task Force has been present since the pandemic and is currently one of the teams that helps members adapting to the new normal. We help them in choosing a vaccination schedule, performing frequent health monitoring, and ensuring that they follow a health protocol and work safely in the office. Health education in dealing with the pandemic and in general, as well as how to preserve wellness, is also our job at CTI Group and its subsidiaries. We also provide ongoing education so that each of us learns how to help our employees manage their own health.
