Working in CTI Group had been my dream since college and I finally got in (as System Engineer in Blue Power Technology) after tried sending my applications for more than 3 times! What I learned from my 6 years of work experience in CTI Group: how to work as a team, being adaptive to changes, how to deliver the result that meet customer’s expectation, while being supported with hard skill and soft skill development program. The most important thing I learned from it was as long as I try and believe in the process, nothing is impossible. I proved it with my achievement as Best Employee for three years in a row, and also when I decided to start my own company.
